Today, October 10th, we at PIS recognise World Mental Health Day. Today is a day to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. It’s also a day to let people know that it’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you’re going through.
As the theme of World Mental Health Day highlights, ‘mental health is a universal human right’.
Good mental health is vital to our overall health and well-being. Yet one in eight people globally are living with mental health conditions, which can impact their physical health, well-being, connection with others, and livelihoods.
There are multiple organisations and charities that offer support and advice for whatever Mental Health Challenges a person may face:

As well as multiple local organisations in your area.
At PIS, we recognise the importance of good mental health and are always available for help or advice.
